Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed, a 50% non-refundable deposit is due prior to the date of hire or serves as a confirmation of booking, with the balance due on the day of hire before the function.
1. An agreed security deposit may be required upon receipt of goods by the hirer.
2. The security deposit will be returned full upon return of all goods by the hirer in good condition on the agreed return date and time.

Repairs and Replacements
4. If repairs or replacements are required, Hirer agrees to pay all labour, material and shipping charges. Hirer shall pay AA Party & Decorations full replacement value to replace any items that are lost, stolen or damaged beyond repair. Any amounts that become due as a result of the above will automatically be deducted from the security deposit. If no security deposit was required, the renter will be liable for the full replacement value of the lost/damaged goods. This amount due will be payable within 7 days after the event.
Responsibility of Goods
5. Responsibility for goods. Upon acceptance by hirer of the goods, hirer agrees to inspect the goods and report any defects to AA Party and Budget Decorations immediately upon receipt of goods. Hirer shall hold AA Party &Budget Decorations harmless and indemnify AA Party & Budget Decorations from all claims, liabilities, damages, costs or losses arising from or related to injury or damage to the goods or to persons or property arising from or related to the use, maintenance, storage or transport of the goods during the period of Hirer’s responsibility.
Assumption of Risk
6. Assumption of Risk. Hirer acknowledges there is a risk of losses, injuries or damages arising from or related to the use or transportation of the goods and assumes all risk of such losses, injuries or damages. Hirer for itself releases AA Party Hire & Budget Decorations from any and all responsibility or liability for such losses, injuries or damages which Renter may experience arising from or related to the failure, use, maintenance, storage or transport of the goods.
Title of Goods
7. Title to Goods. The goods are the sole and exclusive property of AA Party Hire & Budget Decorations and Hirer has no right, title or interest therein, except as set forth in this Agreement.
